Our Story

Born From a Passion
for the Perfect Cup

A neighbourhood café built on the belief that great coffee is a form of art — and every customer deserves a masterpiece.

In 2016, founders Maya Chen and Luca Romano turned a tiny corner space into what would become the city's most beloved coffee sanctuary. Their obsession: sourcing exceptional beans directly from family farms across Ethiopia, Colombia, and Guatemala, and roasting them in-house to highlight each origin's unique character.

Today, Brewhaus serves hundreds of regulars daily — from early-morning executives to late-afternoon students — united by a shared love of exceptional coffee and genuine connection.
